This Privacy Policy explains how Dynasty Cheat Code (“Dynasty Cheat Code,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our website and dynasty fantasy football tools (the “Service”). If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

Dynasty Cheat Code provides analytical tools for dynasty fantasy football, including rankings, a trade calculator, Sleeper league analysis, and rookie tools. We are an independent product and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, the NFL, nflverse, or any rankings provider.

Account information. Accounts are optional and are used for saved leagues. If you create an account, we store your email address and, where applicable, your name and authentication identifiers. We support passwordless sign-in via a one-time emailed “magic link” and via Google OAuth (in which case we receive your email and basic profile from Google).

No payment information. Free to use. We may run limited ads to support the site, but rankings are never pay-to-play. We do not sell subscriptions or process payments, so we never collect or store any payment or card data.

Fantasy league data. When you import a Sleeper league, we fetch publicly available league, roster, user, and draft-pick data through Sleeper’s API to analyze your team. We may store a snapshot of this data if you save a league to your account; unsaved league imports are analyzed from the live Sleeper response.

Public player and market data. The Service uses public player, team, roster, projection, data from third-party sources — Sleeper (player, team, roster, and depth-chart data) and nflverse (public NFL production and draft records) — to power rankings, start/sit, waiver, and valuation tools. Player values themselves are produced by our own model; we do not ingest third-party rankings or market prices.

Usage & device data. We (and our analytics/advertising providers) may collect standard log and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps, and may use cookies and similar technologies as described below.

Feedback. If you submit feedback, we store the message and any contact details you provide.

We use information to: provide and operate the Service (including analyzing your leagues and generating recommendations); authenticate you and maintain your session; provide support; measure and improve the Service; communicate service-related messages; show advertising (where enabled and consented to); and protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, remember consent choices, and protect authentication flows. With your consent we use analytics and (where enabled) advertising cookies. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via our consent banner, and you can change your choice by clearing the stored preference in your browser. Declining does not affect strictly necessary cookies needed to operate the Service.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics (for example, Plausible) or other analytics tools to understand aggregate usage. These tools may collect usage and device data as described above. Analytics scripts run only after you consent.

Where advertising is enabled, we may use Google AdSense and its partners to serve ads. These third parties may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Ad cookies are set only after you accept via the consent banner.

You can learn about and control personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings (myadcenter.google.com) and the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that process data on our behalf, including: our email provider (sign-in emails), hosting/infrastructure (e.g., Cloudflare), analytics providers, and advertising partners (e.g., Google). We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Dynasty Cheat Code, our users, or others, and in connection with a business transfer.

We retain account and saved-league data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless a longer retention is required by law. You can request deletion of your account and imported leagues by contacting us.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or California’s CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights, and we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below; we will verify and respond as required by law.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), HTTP-only session cookies, signed session cookies, and signed, time-limited sign-in links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
