Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Dynasty Cheat Code (“Dynasty Cheat Code,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of our website and tools (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.

Dynasty Cheat Code provides analytical tools for dynasty fantasy football, including player values, rankings, a trade calculator, Sleeper league analysis, and rookie tools. Outputs are model-based opinions and estimates, not guarantees, financial advice, or a betting/gambling product. You are solely responsible for your roster and trade decisions.

You may sign in via a one-time emailed link or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising. There is no subscription and no payment is required to use any feature. If we ever introduce optional paid features or a voluntary support/tip option, they will be clearly described and governed by additional terms presented at that time; this version of the Terms does not create any payment obligation.

You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data except as expressly permitted; resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its outputs; reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; abuse, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the Service in violation of any law or third-party platform’s terms (including Sleeper’s).

The Service, including our software, model methodology, and generated player values, rankings, and notes, is owned by Dynasty Cheat Code and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use. The Service uses public data from third parties (for example, the Sleeper API and publicly available market consensus) as inputs and references; those sources’ marks and data belong to their respective owners, and we do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by them.

The Service integrates with or links to third-party services (e.g., Sleeper, Google). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that values, rankings, or recommendations are accurate, complete, or will produce any particular fantasy result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dynasty Cheat Code and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or fantasy outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynasty Cheat Code from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States , without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Dynasty Cheat Code agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute not subject to informal resolution, and you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally before filing a claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
